About Me
I'm building Humanly. Housing costs have outpaced wages for decades. A third of American households spend more than 30% of their income on rent or mortgage payments. The median first-time home buyer is now 40 years old, up from 31 in 2014. I've watched friends in Rochester delay starting families and work second jobs just to cover rent.
We're building master-planned communities that combine land-lease ownership, precision-manufactured homes, and an AI-powered operating system to cut costs and integrate the services people actually need. If it works, one community becomes a template for hundreds across the country.
My Massive Transformative Purpose: Build places where working families can afford to live, have time back in their day, and have the tools and resources to live happier, healthier lives.
I study at the Golisano Institute of Business and Entrepreneurship in Rochester, NY. More on what I'm thinking about on the Blog, or see what I'm building on GitHub.
